AshD

@ashdroc
A member of international graffiti collective ZincNiteCrew (ZNC), Shukri Samsuri adopted the moniker AshD in 1998. The graffiti writer, photographer, and entrepreneur currently leads independent local brand Subclture, playing with letters and wildstyle that gravitates towards traditional graffiti. Heavily inspired by local writers Skope (now, Hegira) and Xero from Operation Art Core, he enjoys keeping his hands dirty.

NOEZ23

@phatno.ez23
A fellow member of ZNC, Ayid Razak (known as NOEZ23, pronounced ‘noise’) started his practice as a graffiti artist in 2013. Once an avid observer of the craft, NOEZ23 decided to pick up the spray can and dove straight in without any formal art training. Now an integral part of The Blackbook Studio, where he started as an apprentice, as well as with ZNC and the graffiti community in Singapore, he has participated in numerous urban art events both locally and regionally since 2013.
